Stay There rack systems are easy to assemble, and most are no-tool installations (sometimes an Allen wrench is required and will be included).

The crossbar can be adjusted to fit most SUVs and cars with 34.5" to 49.5" racks. A rubber strip across the top of the crossbar virtually eliminates wind noise, which is a common problem with many square and round bars.

The rack legs have rubber pads on both the body of the leg (outer part of the clamp) and the inner clamp. The thick rubber pad on the body of the clamp helps to protect the vehicle's surface. The mechanism that provides the clamping power is inside the crossbars, and the clamp is tightened (or loosened) by removing the nuts using an Allen wrench tool.

Plastic endcaps are provided to protect the interiors and give your roof rack an aggressive look. The product also comes with additional 2 caps (6 pieces in total).
